When my daughter Mesa was little I would lead her on her old horse when checking cattle. When we go back to the barn she wouldn’t let go of the saddle horn and throw a fit when I would try to get her off “Old Willard”, so I would just strip the saddle off and put it on the rack with Mesa still on it.

As you will see in these videos the genetics carried through.
