I am real proud of my daughter, Mesa. She grew up being exposed to some really influential horse clinicians. She has the desire to be the best at what SHE wants to be. The subject this week is being yourself and Mesa is the poster child!

I will give some thoughts on the Farm Bill and my feelings about government assistance this week. This fellow seems to be making do with what he has. Sure glad he has safety in mind by wearing a helmet.

Last week I crossed the Peace River in northern Alberta. It is a ice bridge in the winter and they put a ferry in for the non-ice months. My thoughts this week will be about Canada and the good folks at United Farmers of Alberta. We always had a good time, ate great, and as you see in the video, people I would “ride the river with.”
