Two for the price of one.

I’m using the Yellow horse that has a few rides to help prepare the black horse that hasn’t been saddled yet. These are just different ideas on different horses that might be helpful and give you some things to think about and try.

I have my hat cam on so you get that point of view like your on the horse, and Lewis was videoing from outside, so therefore the two for one, and also working the two horses together.

If you’re getting tired of all this stuff just shut it off! If it’s helpful for you and your horse that’s great. It sure doesn’t cost you anything so it’s at least worth the money!

Yellow horse on the payroll

This horse is so much fun and really coming along. It’s so nice to be able to get them doing a job that creates a learn to learn situation rather than just drilling them in a round pen or an arena. They have a place, but it’s so much better in a wide open interesting environment.

First Ride on Yellow Horse

A real nice first ride with very little problem. This is a real nice young horse that should make a safe, fun and productive horse, if I do my job right.

I’ve always felt the job of a colt starter is to keep the life and try in a horse while getting him safe and in a learning frame of mind, so that whoever and whatever direction he goes he has the most potential.
